Having been working with the European Champions Alliance for many years, Ad Fontes had the opportunity this year to shed light on the highly topical issue of European digital sovereignty from a data protection perspective and and to discuss the necessary steps towards powerful European alternatives.

Parallel to exciting panel discussions, we participated in workshops on the risks and opportunities of artificial intelligence, the establishment of a European cybersecurity platform, and digital sovereignty. The results of the work will be used by the ECA and its members for further cooperation in the coming months.
